What should I do before I bring my computer in for service?
Please call ahead before dropping off your computer, sometimes we are out on a service call. Contact us at 214-817-8060 for service options before you stop in.
How long will it take to repair my computer?
There are many variables when working with computers, however, it is our goal to have your computer diagnosed and repaired within seven business days. If your repair requires us to order specialized parts, your repair time can increase due to shipping time. Typically, once we have approval, repairs are finished within seven business days.
What is a GTS Total System Tune-up?
Our Total System Tune-up is a clean up and health check for any computer that is running slow or having problems with performance. Our technicians will clean up your PC or laptop, removing any viruses or malware, check the health of your hard drive and battery (laptop), and optimize settings for best performance. If replacement parts are necessary during the Total System Tune-up, you only pay for the parts, installation is included.
Do you offer any worry-free computer maintenance plans?
Yes, we do. Our GTS TotalCare PC Maintenance & Support Plan for business or personal computers keeps your computer performing better and gives you someone to call when you need help. Most problems can be taken care of with the convenience of remote support. Please contact us for more information.
Do you offer in-home computer services?
We offer service calls for our business customers. We have extended this service to work-from-home, however we try to limit service calls in favor of remote support whenever possible for the safety of your family and ours.
Can I bring my old computer or laptop in for recycling?
Yes, we accept old computers and laptops for recycling. We are limited on space, so please call us first at 214-817-8060 to make sure we have space available.
